Job Details:
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Site Agent to oversee the day-to-day site management of a long term civils infrastructure project in the Bahamas. Ideally, we require candidates with a strong and proven background in delivering civils infrastructure projects at site level. Core exposure to highway, motorway and road construction as well as all associated civils including drainage, embankments and pavement works is essential to the role. As the incumbent will essentially act as the link between the site and the Project Manager, applicants should note that this is a very hands-on role and would require the successful candidate to be prepared to manage teams of operatives and foremen as well as getting involved in mid-level site managerial duties such as work planning, scheduling and programming, client liaison, monitoring health & safety and chairing site meetings. A formal degree or diploma in civil engineering would be highly advantageous. |
