Craig Tech Solutions is a niche recruitment consultancy in the Utilities and Highways Contracting Industry. We are a market leader and mainly recruit for large, blue-chip Contractors. We have an urgent requirement for an Operations Manager to join a well established and fast growing company. This permanent role is based in South East England, on a recently acquired framework contract worth circa £15 million per annum. The contract is part of the current AMP5 agreement, and possibly extends into AMP6 dependant on results; therefore the successful individual must have a proven track record of successful contracts. The ideal candidate will have wastewater experience; however the client is looking for a Senior Manager with superb customer satisfaction as to keep the client (Thames Water), satisfied with the projects. To achieve this, the client is looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and able to keep calm, and escalate a ‘crisis’ to an appropriate level using a structured plan.
