An Operations Manager is required to join a major leading Civil Engineering contractor engaged in the highways maintenance market. The person appointed to the role will take a lead on operational and strategic issues pertaining to existing and future contracts and will have a background working in a senior operational post for a highways maintenance contractor working in either the MAC or Local Authority markets. This role reports to the Contracts Director for the region and will play a major part in the day to day running of the division. Necessary experience for this post is a solid track record in senior operational posts in the Highways Maintenance sector, first rate communication and managerial skills as well as a high level of commercial acumen.
