- Craig Tech Solutions Ltd is committed to ensuring the highest possible level of confidentiality to both our clients and candidates. We take every effort to ensure that any information passed onto ourselves is secure. Our code of confidentiality is as follows:
- Any information we receive will be treated in the utmost confidence and will not be divulged to anyone outside of the organisation without the express consent of the sender.
- No personal information about either a candidate, client or company will be given to a third party.
- In direct relation to the content held in the Client Zone section of our website, before we divulge any personal information (including name or current employer details) or post a CV out, we need to gain express permission from the candidate to do so, as this information and the CV remain the copyright of the candidate. Our candidate's reserve the right to decline our request to make their details available to anyone outside of Craig Tech Solutions Ltd.
- All Craig Tech Solutions Ltd staff sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" upon commencement of employment with us. This agreement is in place specifically to ensure that the high standards of confidentiality set by management is maintained and robustly managed.
- No information will be physically removed from our offices without management consent.
- All external e-mails carry a confidentiality disclaimer.
- All written and electronic information is kept at secure and alarmed premises.
- No registered personal (confidential) details of our candidates or clients (or the companies they may work for) are held or retained on our website or web server.
